It was October 2021, 5 days after his total hip replacement operation, Nico designed and patented Forza Pura Rehab, a CNC produced aluminum crank, which fits wit all bikes on the market. Nico managed to recover in just 3 weeks, go cycling and race within a month, despite the surgeon reccomendations to wait at least 3 months
